What you are buying
The Cold Call Script Book is a digital product delivered as downloadable files. There is no physical item, no subscription, no membership and no recurring charge. One payment, one download.
Delivery
Download links appear immediately after payment on the confirmation page, and the links remain valid for 7 days. Stripe emails you a receipt. If your links expire or you lose the files, email us and we will send fresh links at no charge.
Refunds
30 day refund, no questions. If you want your money back for any reason within 30 days of buying, reply to your Stripe receipt or contact us through watchroute.com/contact with the word refund and the email address you bought with. We refund the full price to your original payment method through Stripe. You do not need to send anything back.
After 30 days we do not refund for change of mind. That does not affect a download that does not work, links that expire before you used them, a double charge or the wrong files: tell us and we will fix it, including by refunding where that is the right remedy.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under the consumer law where you live, that cannot be excluded.
Licence
Your purchase is for one person. You may print it, annotate it, and keep it as long as you like. Please do not redistribute, resell or publish the files. If you want to use it across a team or an organisation, email us and we will arrange something sensible.
Limits
The Cold Call Script Book is not legal advice. Telephone marketing is regulated differently in every market and in some industries. You are responsible for confirming your own position before you make calls.
No claim is made about the results you will get. Outcomes on outbound calling depend heavily on your list, your product and your market, none of which this product controls.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
